Coffee Roasters are notoriously secretive about their espresso blends, and we are no exception. This is a smooth blend of several different coffees that proves that espresso doesn’t have to be bitter or acidic. This full-bodied blend carries hints of caramel and cinnamon.
French Roast
French roast creates the darkest beans, with an extremely bold and smoky flavor. To roast beans using the French roast method, the beans are roasted at temperatures between 370 and 540 degrees Fahrenheit (188 to 282 Celsius) for 11 to 13 minutes. This roast has a robust flavor of the roast and is extremely popular.
Brazil Alta Mogiana
The best that Brazil has to offer. This area of Brazil provides excellent soil and elevation to produce a full-bodied coffee with hints of the nuts that area is also known for. With very low acidity, this coffee is perfect for drinking all day long.
Columbian Supremo
A medium strength and sweet tasting coffee with a superlative flavor and delightful aroma. While there are many versions of the origin of coffee in Colombia, it is generally believed that Jesuit Missionaries brought Arabica coffee trees to the Orinoco region of Colombia in the early 1800's.
Papua New Guinea
The plants that bear these coffees are transplants from the famous Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee estates. Living up to much of their pedigree, Papua New Guinea beans offer several flavor highlights. Look for a sweet acidic flavor with a mild, medium body and fruity undertones.
Indian Monsoon Malabar
Indian coffee beans that are "Monsooned" have been exposed to nature's elements, including the monsoon rains well-known to that region, during the processing stage. This coffee is the top grade in the line of Monsooned Arabicas. Look for this coffee to have hints of the exotic nuts native to that region and to display a light body and low acidity with a mellow and soft flavor.
Mocha Java
Possibly one of the world’s first successful blends, Mocha Java got its name from the port of exportation (Mokha) for Ethiopian coffee and its Javanese additions. The Ethiopian beans lend the coffee the fruity citrus flavors and are co-blended with the fuller bodied Java coffee. A medium bodied coffee, with a soft citrus flavor and complex aftertaste.
Ethiopian Harrar
The arabica tree originated in western Ethiopia, on high plateaus where country people still harvest the wild berries. Often, the fruit is allowed to dry directly on the tree. Strong dry edge, winy to fruit like acidity, rich aroma, and a heavy body.One can observe an intense aroma of blueberries or blackberries.
